Where our offerings are as local and organic as we can get ‘em—which is to say, we only sell Certified Organic or crops grown by our neighboring farmers using organic methods. We’re lucky to work with so many wonderful growers that share in our sustainable vision and keep our shelves stocked with the seasons’ best yields.

    On the Porch - Various Cultivated Mushrooms from Black Dog Mushrooms (as available), Shiitake Mushrooms from Puget Sound Food Hub

    Dried Mushroom Powders from Sasquatch Botanicals (Quilcene): Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, and a Reishi-Chaga-Cordyceps-Lion’s Mane blend.

    Dried Whole Mushrooms from Terra Dolce (Oregon): Lion’s Mane, Maitake, and a PNW mix of Lobster, Porcini, Black Trumpet and/or Chantrelle.

  • Organic Dried Peppers: Guajillo, Aji Mix, and Habanada from Hayshaker Farms (Walla Walla)

    SPLAT: 1 oz bags of fermented chili flakes from a variety of farms around Tumwater, WA, all using organic methods. The flakes have the usual smoky heat, with a delicious tanginess in addition.
